Votsalo is located by the sea and very close to Ierapetra. It is very easy to find it because it is on the provincial road Ierapetra - M Gialos. The town center is a 5-minute drive away. More over the walk to the town is pleasant throw the seafront pavement and pedestrian street. You will need 15-20 minutes walk.

The beach is opposite the house and in order to reach it you just have to cross the road in front of the apartment. The beach is sandy but when you enter the sea it has some rocks. However, within a 5 minute walk there are organized beaches where one can easily get in the sea. More over in a few minutes by car, you can visit the many beautiful beaches of the area.
